This page includes the official Participant List and Space Assignments for the event at the Berks County Fairgrounds - 1216 Hilltop Rd, Leesport, PA 19533 on Tuesday, August 5, from 6–9 PM.


Each participating organization has been assigned a number that matches their location on the event map. This number helps you find your designated space for set-up and allows attendees to locate your spot during the event.


Please refer to this list to confirm your space number and to help us ensure a smooth and organized experience for everyone involved.

This is a free community event. No sales of any kind are permitted.

Set-Up Instructions for Participants

Please review the following instructions to ensure a smooth and organized set-up for National Night Out:

 

Set-Up Time:
– Set-up is open between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM
– All participants must arrive no later than 4:00 PM
– All spaces must be fully set up by
5:00 PM


Arrival & Check-In:
– Enter through the
main entrance to the Berks County Fairgrounds
– Stop at the
Welcome Table inside the venue
– A volunteer will check you in and provide:

  • An event booklet
  • A map with your space number
  • A full participant list
  • Parking instructions


 Electricity:
– If you requested electricity on your registration form, outlets or generators will be available near your designated area


 Vehicle Policy:
– You may drive in to unload at your assigned space
– No vehicles may remain in the event space unless previously approved as part of your display


Parking:
– Designated sponsor parking is located behind the large vendor pavilion
– Vehicles will not be allowed to leave the parking area until the fireworks conclude for safety reasons


Additional Notes:
– Each space is approximately 12x12 ft unless otherwise arranged
– Bring your own tables, chairs, tents, and supplies
– Bottled water will be available throughout the venue, but we recommend bringing a cooler
– Event opens to the public at 6:00 PM sharp (gates will not open early)
– Tear-down begins at 8:30 PM or later
– Please leave your area clean — we are grateful to the Fairgrounds for hosting
us!
